Fujikage Ko, but she's more often known as the "Little Devil", which, if you meet her, fits her well.

Ko is only fifteen, and is obviously female.

Ko doesn't really care, and actually doesn't know, but if you were to to draw her blood it would be O.

OCCUPATION:
Ko doesn't enjoy working under anyone besides her gang boss, so she's unemployed but claims to work at the laundry place down the street from her apartment. She doesn't go to school either, and makes most of her money by pickpocketing or stealing from others, as well as conning people into giving her money.
AFFILIATION:
Ko is considers herself a member of Yamikitsune Kai, and has really grown fond of it over the years and treats everyone in it like family.

APPEARANCE Ko is small, since she's nearly a teenager, and is about 5'3" when measured. She's skinny, yet athletic because she likes to stay in shape. She weighs about 120 lbs, and has long ankle length, bleach blonde hair. She has an angular face, with bright blue eyes and has fair white skin. She often wears skirts and cute off the shoulder tops to add to her "cute" look.

BACKGROUND Ko grew up in Tokyo, her mother being a drug addict and her father in jail. Since she was three, she has known how to take care of herself and still does now. When her mother moved away when she was twelve, she was left with a choice to fallow or stay behind. She ended up staying behind, dropping out of school and filing a missing person report of herself then dying her hair picture. She, by name, is currently missing but has lived in Tokyo ever since. She had to live on the streets for a few months, and was instantly took into Yamikitsune Kai the moment they found her (she was 13).

RANDOM FACTS * Her mother lives somewhere else in Japan and doesn't care much about Ko, and her father is still in jail. Other family is unknown.
* She turned to criminal activity after becoming homeless because it was the easiest way to get money, she's a pro-pickpocketer and has even stolen large electronics from stores when she needed the cash.
* She often steals things that she needs, instead of buying them. She uses all her money for the rent on her small, one bedroom apartment in one of the gang towns.
* She owns three guns, a magnum 45 and a magnum 40, and the other gun is this techy rifles she stole from a weapon shop.
* She doesn't really fight much, she's really fast and is better at dodging, her guns are in case she ever needs protection.
* She's killed a few people, and doesn't feel guilty about it.
* She has a pet (stray) dog named Alpha, he lives with her in her home and is a old German Shepard police dog.
* For her gang, she usually does intel missions because she's very good at infiltrating places without being noticed.
* She's dyslexic and can't read.
* Isn't really girly, and isn't really capable of loving relationships.
* Is known as "Little Devil" since she's often seen pickpocketing Aoikazuchi members.

Just a few things!
The first is really small, and it's about her blood type. The Japanese are crazy about blood type - culturally, it's much more important than in Western societies, and its believed to actually determine your personality. The most common question when meeting someone, aside from 'what's your name?', is 'what's your blood type?', so if she's really ignorant then she'd have to make something up c: (the most common blood type in Japan is B, if you wanted to use that!).

The second is in relation to her background. I've discussed things with Saisei and we think it's a bit too over the top - a change of hair colour isn't exactly a plausible way to fool police, especially in a society like Japan, where everyone knows almost everything that is going on in their local community. We think she's a bit young to carry out the things that she has done, and is a bit implausible in a country like Japan. If you wouldn't mind revising a few of the details (such as the length of time she lived alone, how exactly she sustained herself, etc), we'd be happy to have another look!
