Informant for the Aoikazuchi.
MODIFICATIONS:
Eyes have been enhanced, both right and left having three modes. First is normal vision, for each eye. Second mode is night vision, where he can see as clearly in little to nearly no light almost as well as he can in light. Third mode is different for each eye. The right eye's last mode allows him to see through the eyes of his robotic animal spies. The left eye's third mode allows him to look at the internet, usually only used for information gathering.

As said before, he is known to have extremely realistic, robotic animals he uses as spies (called RAnimals). Also known to prefer his three rats. Smallest RAnimal he has would be the rats. He also uses these animals (numbers are accurate) two birds, a cat, and four dogs (mainly used for protection and guarding).

His right arm, from his elbow down, has been replaced, and is just a plain arm, nothing special. He prefers to store his weapons, mainly knives, on himself, such as in his sleeves and such.

PERSONALITY NOTES:
Hiraku is, first and foremost, a very intelligent(+) individual. Graduating high-school two years early, he was enrolled in a programming/technology class in college, where after a few classes, he quit because it was going 'to slow' for his tastes. Soon afterwards, he was able to build the first of his special RAnimals, and a year or so he nearly perfected them. The Informant is a respectful(+) person when you first glance at him. He appears gentlemanly(+) and can win the hearts of many people, mainly woman and the richer, more 'refined' men. When you break through the outer coating, Hiraku is a very cold(-) person, not caring about anyone who gets in his way (or at least he seems that way). He will knock them down, hard, to get what he wants. He also does not care about whose lives he ruins or whose trust he crushes. As long as he gets paid, its fine with him. Hiraku is a sly(-) man, hiding in the shadows and behind fake manners. He is just waiting for an opening to take his target down.

There are a few things that are distinct in his personality. First, Hiraku has quite the long fuse(+), able to take anything with a cool head. Well, almost everything. When you push the wrong buttons in all the right ways, you will be faced with a horrible aggressive(-) temper. Also, the older teen is quite adaptive(+), able to adjust to any situation appropriately. He is also very secretive(-), and being an Informant it is really no wonder. Hiraku is very, very selfish(-). He will do anything for money or goods or something else in return, he will do mainly anything.
