He's the counterpart to his partner, the cleanup duty to his companion dealer who calls on him whenever a client doesn't meet their end of the bargain. His whimsical demeanor easily disappears under a shroud of professionalism that slips into place the minute he tightens his tie and sizes up the worth of parts and just how much the owner really needs it.

MODIFICATIONS: He's seen enough modifications to create an elaborate christmas list, and while he's probably in the easiest position to snag a cool gadget or a mechanical reinforced arm, Tsuneki is completely complacent with his fleshy un-modded body.

He's driven by pleasure, and he feeds off the thrill of reaching his desires. The more interesting the game is, the harder he works. Viciously stubborn at some points, the blonde can hardly take reason into account when it's so displeasing to look at.
