INVESTIGATION & OBSERVATION NOTES OCCUPATION: Nets is in affiliation with The Carnival but before all else he is the trusty side kick to Komatsu Tsuneki. Tsuneki has been his partner in crime for a while now, and Nets owes Tsunkei his life. In a nutshell, this sarcastic ball of laziness works as a repo-man for the Carnival, getting back all those expensive fun toys that people thought they could afford once upon a time.
His occupation before this wonderful charade was that of a mercenary for Aoikazuchi Kai. He is known in the underground as Kuroi Kaze, the Black Wind. But he dropped that gig when he met Tsuneki. It changed his life and he's been loyal to the blonde ever since.
MODIFICATIONS: Currently Nets doesn't have any modifications. While he's always thought about getting some done, food or a place to stay has always seemed to take priority when it came to how he should 'waste' his money. Most see them as something to help you, Nets doesn't believe that anything you weren't born with could help you along the way in life. Instead, he thinks they're stupid and that they're just another excuse for people to cheat you out of your money.
