Of Friends:
Ikki's honestly pretty much an ass. He says what he wants to. He does what he wants to. And he cares very little of who or what thinks badly of him as a result. That being said, if you can get past his crude ways and general childish lazy mannerisms, you'll find a rather incredibly loyal friend. Deep down the doc is very caring and wants nothing but the best for those he considers friends. That being said, he won't stop teasing and being generally jerkish, but he's a bit more decent.
Of Enemies:
Given his personality, Ikki probably has at least a few people that utterly hate him and consider him an enemy. That being said, it is very rare for him to actually outright hate another person. He make dislike them more than average which often results on him being more nitpicky and generally mean towards them, but to him 'it's all in good fun' so to speak. The few people that actually manage to piss him off badly enough will usually find themselves being dissected and experimented on. Ikki doesn't play around with people he outright hates, and he can be flat out brutal.
Of Love:
After losing his patient and wife, Hanako, to various medical complications two years ago, Ikki closed off his heart for the most part and began to view himself as asexual. That being said, he's still demisexual deep down but finds it very hard to express emotions such as love without feelings of regret. Thus, he tries very hard to dismiss the matter completely, and because of this, it's relatively hard to make him respond to displays of affection. More often than not, he's prone to laughing at someone when they try and express such feelings towards them, and if they don't get angry and leave him alone right then and there, he's prone to getting defensive and angry. However, if it's pursued long enough, a relationship may come about.
Of Family:
Though Ikki doesn't have any immediate family left (both his parents having died and him never having siblings), a route that could be taken would be his wife's family. I can see Hanako with maybe an older sisteror a younger brother(or more?). If anyone would like to create one of these characters, it'd be pretty interesting plot wise. Just contact me first though, please.
