Probably people going to his uni? 8D Moe's on the socially outgoing side. He's pretty easy to understand and get to know. Pure at heart as he is studying in his field(biotechnology) for the good of man kind, not his own profits. He'll try to befriend anyone sharing that mindset. All around friendly guy, pretty open area. Not picky with this! <3

I want cuteness and I want it yesterday. Takumi is a third year high school student and even though he's majoring in economics/business maybe they could've run in to each other when he was at a university open day or something? Or they met at a party or a club or something, Takumi being who he is.
ALSO because I am lazy I'm going to do this here but Itsuki, my other character is a third year medicine student who is interested in the same kind of field of biorobotics (although he is aiming to be more of a GP). So he'd be Moe-tan's sempai, I guess? Itsuki isn't really very friendly but IDK SOMETHING.

Hmmm, would he help Moe if he went up to him to ask for help on an assignment? xD They could've been in the library and Moe could've recognized Itsuki as a sempai and just poked him? Orrrr, they could meet really coincidentally, like at some art gallery or something, and Moe being the outgoing little sport he is would probably greet him and try to commence in conversation.
